Three years ago today I was lying in the OR, and I met the most perfect human being. He was so tiny he could fit in his father’s hand. The past three years have been a very long and difficult journey for you but God willing, you always pull through. You have taught me patience, empathy, true happiness and undoubtedly pure unconditional love. There are no words to describe how it warms my heart to know that you are mine, how lucky I am to be blessed with such a magnificent son. Happy Birthday to the most inspirational little man I will ever know. I love you more than the world.
